Proactive Investors reported that Kasbah Resources latest drilling program at its Achmmach Tin Project in Morocco has returned intercepts of shallow and high grade tin mineralization at the edge of the current resource.

Importantly this offers the potential to increase the total resource tonnage as well as upgrade the status of the resource from the Inferred category to the higher confidence Indicated category.

One drill hole intersected additional shallow and high grade tin mineralization and a new deeper mineralized zone.

Best intercepts from this hole included 4.7 meters at 1.34% tin from 45.7 meters; and 19 meters at 0.89% tin from 353 meters, including 5 meters at 2.12% tin.

Other highlights from this section 3250mE, were 8 meters at 1.71% tin from 265 meters, including 3 meters at 3.73% tin; 20 meters at 1.5% tin from 306 meters, including 3 meters at 5.1%; and 19 meters at 0.68% tin from 319 meters, including 4 meters at 1.09% tin.

Meanwhile in section 3210mE drilling returned a notable intercept of 11 meters at 1.26% tin from 243.4 meters, including 4 meters at 2.12% tin.

Kasbah is drilling along the Meknes Trend which has an interpreted strike length of 2 kilometers.

About 1.6 kilometers of the trend was modelled in the March 2012 Resource with a further 400 meters being the subject of the ongoing resource drilling program.

Four diamond rigs continue with the resource development program at Achmmach.

Kasbah is also witnessing early success at its second tin project in Morocco early this week revealing grades of up to 6.12% tin in first phase diamond drilling at its wholly owned Bou El Jaj Tin Project.

The Bou El Jaj Project comprises four outcropping tin targets and is located just 15 kilometers by road to the southwest of Achmmach.

The close proximity of the two tin deposits provides potential for strong synergies between the two projects particularly if open pittable mineralization is identified at Bou El Jaj Project.

Bou El Jaj is a potentially attractive shallow tin target which could provide a supplementary tin ore source for a future processing facility at Achmmach.

Importantly Kasbah remains well funded to continue its aggressive exploration at both of its tin projects with a USD 22.1 million in cash as at 19th November 2012.
